My girl now is bottle free! Today finally marks the day that my girl has stopped bottle feeding for two weeks. I didn't expect it's going to be this long. Actually it was unintentional to make her stop drinking milk from a bottle. Last Sunday, on 11 September, I realised that her milk had finished when she asked for milk. I told her about it and asked her to wait until I get her the milk later in the evening. Surprisingly she agreed to it. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy her milk that day but unexpectedly she didn't ask for milk before going to sleep or waking up in the middle of the night. Mr.B thought it was a good sign to stop bottle feeding and decided not to buy anymore formula milk for her from that day.

So, from now on, I need to make sure she eats right and drinks a lot of liquid. I tried introducing her to Dutch Lady fresh milk,(in a cup definitely),but she refused to take it,not like her big brother, fresh milk is his most favourite. She did ask for milk once in a blue moon, and whenever she asked I will remind her that she's a big girl now and big girl don't drink milk from a bottle anymore. And indeed...it's pretty sad to realise that your girl has grown up you know... so it's official now and I have to face the reality that at 5 years and 4 months, my girl is bottle less...and she deserves 'a big pat on the back'! hooray!
