it's been awhile

Wow....It's been nearly 3 months I didn't update my blog! I really, really have a lot to blog about but I couldn't. There are so many things in my head...so many posts....and so many photos to share but...time didn't allow me to do so... well I'm going to give it a try this week because I REALLY MISS TO BLOG!

9th anniversary

hospital trip

It's been awhile since I last blogged. Not that I don't want to blog but I've been caught up in the 'holiday mood' and was under the influence of the 'Lazy Song' by Bruno Mars hahaha....There are so many things that I want to blog about and I don't know where to start. Yeay to me...since I'm back on my feet after the big toe accident and also after being down with flu and terrible cough. But I managed to get a grip on myself.

Alright...let me start with a visit to KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital in Bandar Perda. Mr B, me and the kids went to visit Fahd. It was on Monday. He was admitted due to food poisoning. Kesian dia...

After 3 days, he was discharged and is in the best of health. Yeay to mommy Aisyah! She's definitely happy to be home.

two awards and a misfortune

My boy was 2nd best again in his class. Gosh...it has been two weeks since the prize giving ceremony...I was busy with school year end tasks that I'd totally forgotten to post about his red-letter day. Two thumbs up for you Aqeel... for also getting another award for best in Science. Alhamdulillah...

2nd best, 2nd time, 2 trophies - the power of No.2 :)

Well... there was another story behind this happy day, I had an accident just a few minutes before going to Aqeel's school that day. While I was closing the front gate and off to the car, I carelessly rolled the sliding gate over my left big toe nail...and the pressure had forced the nail to dislodge from the nail cuticle (not sure of the right term) but the worst part was, the nail was ripped half way and the pain was too much too bare. I even experienced a short black out that only last for a minute I guess...luckily Mr.B was there to treat me. He applied some 'minyak gamat' and bandaged my toe with plasters. Then, we quickly went to Aqeel's school.

This picture was taken after the doctor's treatment. I was given antibiotics, pain killers and antibiotic cream.

Now, I have to wait until it heals and wait for a brand new toe nail to grow to replace the old one. hemmmm....I have no idea how it's going to look like.
